Zac Efron: Sao Paulo Stud
Enjoying some time in South America, Zac Efron was spotted out and about in Sao Paulo, Brazil earlier today (February 29).
The “Charlie St. Cloud” hunk attended a photocall at John John denim boutique and showed some love to his faithful Brazilian fans.
During a recent interview, Zac chatted about his new movie “The Lorax,” which also happens to star the lovely Taylor Swift.
When asked about similarities to his character in the film, Zac noted, “He’s sort of a hopeless romantic. He’s adventurous, he’s persistent, he’s stubborn, kind of annoying, pretty funny. He has a big imagination. I’d like to think I’m all those things. He learned that all for me. I taught him everything he knows.”
Efron also shared that he’s been a Dr. Seuss fan for awhile. “Yea, I started reading them in high school. [Laughs] No, I have a lot of vivid memories of my parents and me reading these books. They would read them to me. It’s frozen in my mind, I can see them all. I still have them in what used to be my room. It's been turned into a spare room at my house. I’ve been kicked out. My little brother took over my room.”

Lady Gaga’s Earliest Photo Shoot Revealed
Long before Lady Gaga was the mega pop star we've come to know and love, and even longer before the "Marry The Night" singer teamed up with Terry Richardson, she was just 19-year-old Stefani Germonatta posing for friend and restaurant coworker Malgorzata Saniewska. Judging by the black and white pics that have surfaced from their session together, the Paul McCartney smoocher may have been Born This Way, but she clearly hadn't quite evolved into the Mother Monster she is today. Check out Gaga doing her best Myspace-profile-picture pose in her parents' Upper East Side apartment in her "first ever" photo shoot. [CNN]

Nick Jonas hit the greens in the Sunshine State yesterday in support of the Jason Taylor Foundation, which benefits "the personal growth and improvement of South Florida’s children." Nick tweeted excitedly, "Had such a great time today playing golf for a good cause! Now hopping on a flight back to NY for the WWHL show tonight! Then I'm on SMASH!" For the charity event, Smash's Lyle West donned a smart black polo, a white Nike hat and green khakis. (Personally, we were hoping for a crazy plaid-pant-and-sweater-vest combo.) Check out newly single Nick as he indulges in one of his favorite sports, then tell us below — or on Facebook and Twitter — if you think the How To Succeed actor's outfit was a hole-in-one.

On her tough-girl image:
“It’s because I have tattoos and I say curse words, and apparently, that’s crazy. I think maybe I give off this energy of seeming like I don’t give a fuck, and that’s misinterpreted. But I’m not wild.”
On first meeting now-husband Brian Austin Green:
“I didn’t know who he was, since I was too young for Beverly Hills 90210. But the first time I saw him, I got butterflies. And the first time he casually touched me? There was so much electricity. We’ve had obstacles, and we’ve overcome them. I truly feel like he’s my soul mate. I don’t want to sound corny or cliché, but I do believe we are destined to live this part of our lives together.”

Since the singer revealed that her sophomore album will be more acoustic and piano-based, looks like this toned-down Jessie is going to be here for awhile. Do you like, or is “Domino” more your jam? Nicki Minaj Livens Up the 2012 NBA All-Star Game
Bringing her energy to the annual sports spectacle, Nicki Minaj helped open up the 2012 NBA All-Star Game in Orlando, Florida on Sunday (February 26).
The 29-year-old took to a makeshift stage at the Amway center while delving into a medley of songs including "Moment 4 Life” and fan favorite “Super Bass.”
The appearance comes shortly after Miss Minaj made headlines thanks to a controversial Catholic-themed exorcism performance at the 2012 Grammy Awards.
Responding to the critics, Nicki told Entertainment Weekly, “I don’t know, what is the big issue? You know how people write plays and movies? That’s what I did. I wrote that and I gave the world a tiny little preview of what’s to come. And I have to perform it on the set in which the movie would be, right?”
