The “Party in the USA” songstress was joined by her handsome boyfriend Liam Hemsworth and some family and friends as they dined on delicious eats.
And it sounds like Miley is the queen of birthday gifts, as she recently gave Liam a cute puppy to celebrate his 22nd birthday.
