It’s certainly a special day for the cast of “Gossip Girl,” and some of the show's biggest stars were spotted celebrating the 100th episode with Mayor Michael Bloomberg, in New York City on Thursday (January 26).
Big names like Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Penn Badgley, Ed Westwick, Kelly Rutherford, and Matthew Settle were all in attendance for the honorable ceremony at Silvercup Studios.
Of the monumental milestone, Blake told E! News, "I can't even believe it's been five years. It's so crazy. It doesn't feel like we've done a hundred because it's been so enjoyable."
Meanwhile, Leighton agreed, but added, "I feel like in one way I've been here my whole life, so it's like, oh my god! It's the 100th episode! It seems like an entire lifetime, but at the same time it's happened so fast. It just seems like we came here yesterday."
The 100th episode of “Gossip Girl” airs this Monday (January 30) on the CW.
